My team is currently preparing for the Initial Design Concept Submission scheduled on 15th July 2026. We would like to understand the exact requirements and expected format of the submission.

Could you please clarify the following points?

1. What all components are expected to be included in the Initial Design Concept Submission?
2. Is there any specific template, document format, or structure that needs to be followed?
3. Are we required to submit only the conceptual idea, or should we also include:
   • Initial sketches/concept drawings?
   • 3D CAD models?
   • Product architecture/design details?
   • Working principle/mechanism explanation?
   • Technical feasibility analysis?
   • Materials/components selection?
   • Any other supporting documents?
4. Is there any expected level of detail or maturity for the design concept at this stage?
5. Are there any specific guidelines regarding the usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, CATIA, or any other software tools for preparing the submission?
6. Should the submission focus mainly on the innovation aspect, or are engineering details and manufacturability also evaluated at this stage?
7. Are there any examples or previous successful submissions available for reference?

We want to ensure that our team prepares the submission according to the expected evaluation criteria and does not miss any mandatory requirements.
