Hello Dear team 3dexperience ,  i have been posting my problems for more than 2 weeks in row and getting no solutions!!!!!!! ,just i get some contact with you and then disappearance , i have the following problem!:

i have got sponsorship for students team license and with it should come credits for exam on :
1- 3Dexperience platform (15 certificates!)
2- Solidworks desktop (17 certificates)

*-for ( 3Dexperience platform (15 certificates!)) i dont have credits as you can see in the attached photo!.
*-for (Solidworks desktop (17 certificates)) i have applied for the certificates but i got no answer in return for more than 2 weeks waiting!.

i need solution for both problems (1&2)
