Certificates issue

Hi to everyone

This week I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineering Student package, and my main interest in getting this it was because of the learning modules and also the certifications, I came to this EDU platform to see the learning paths and all the lessons, but the first issue came when trying to get a different lesson, I think it is like blocked to me or something, because I wanted to start a Molding Injection course but I couldn't.

The second issue and the most important, in the description of the membership it says "access to 4 certifications" which I have just visible the 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Business Innovator - Associate, but the other three they are not. I just finished the learning modules for this visible certification, and when I go to ENROLL NOW, it says the content is not accessible for me, that I have to contact my administrator, I don't know what to do next, I'm ready to complete the assessment. 

Help please.
