hi i am student i have claim free student 3d experience edu in back in December now i have started my catia course but the videos are not opening from the explore 3d swymer role , all the videos are not been able to play from this point, so what to do ? give mw any suggestion about the solution , this website is sometime Works  on mobile Brower but not at all on laptop Brower FIX THIS    #help#need support
