I'm facing some issues with applications like Xdesign and others. Every time I try to use them, I'm greeted with an error message instructing me to create a collaborative space.

However, when I attempt to set up a collaborative space in 3dspace, I run into a different error stating that I'm unable to create one. To add to the confusion, accessing the support section results in yet another error, indicating that I don't have the necessary access rights.

I recently took advantage of the Cyber Monday student deal. Initially, I thought there might be a delay in activating the features, but it's been a few days, and I'm still unable to access anything, despite the apps appearing in my list.

For context, I've previously used the student edition of SolidWorks without any issues and am currently trying to use the CATIA package. This is the first time I'm encountering such problems. Could anyone offer some advice or solutions?
