When I launch solidworks for the first time instead of prompting me to activate the license it instead asks me to log in with my ID. According to the directions the activation wizard should pop up but it never does. I have reinstalled and double checked that i downloaded the correct version. I also asked for support from solidworks but they have been completely useless. When I submitted my ticket the response I received was that i didnt need to log in i simply needed to activate the software using the activation wizard. So if anyone has any ideas how i could simply activate the software that would be great or alternatively if someone knows why the activation wizard never shows up and instead its asking me to log in that would probably be more useful to me than just telling me to do the thing i cant do and never answering my question or helping me in any way.
