Hello,

The 3DEXPERIENCE for Students Part Design App and other native apps are not starting on 29 computers (workstations) DELL Optiplex 3020 and 3040, giving the Incident Manager even before it starts to run whatever the native app may be.

Attached goes a video explaining the situation... what can we do to workaround this? 

We've updated to the HotFix 2.19 and still gives the same error!
