I got a solidworks subscription from my school for my class. After going through the install process it never gave me an icon to launch the program. It successfully installed eDrawings but not solidworks. When i try to launch the exe manually from the files I get an error saying that I have to launch it from desktop short cut or the 3dexperience platform. I do not have the short cut and when I try to access the 3dexperience platform I get an error stating that I do not have access. I have the serial code and have linked it to my account but that did not help my situation.
