I am very new to this platform and need help downloading Catia V5.

I just bought the 3DExperience CATIA for Students and downloaded the 3DExperience Launcher. When I try to install other apps needed, I get an issue and the installation stops at 99% and I get an error message: "Cannot retrieve all the archives. Please check your network connection and retry, or restart the installation." I tried reinstalling, but it still didn't work.
