Hello, i want to transfer my license from Solidworks 2021 to a new computer. In order to do that, i have to deactivate the license.
But when i am in the corresponding menu, write down my email, and try to deactivate via internet, i am unable to click "next" because it tells me to shut down the programm first. But how am i supposed to shut down the programm i have to open it to deactivate it??
It says: "The following programms have to be shutdown first in order to proceed deactivation: solidworks.exe"
