Hi ! I have the  same issue from another customer but the reply to the answer was just that the problem was sorted in private chat. So my question is exactly the same:

How can I have the credit to do a certification? I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students pack, but it doesn't let me complete the following  4 Certification exams :

- 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer (hands-on)
- 3DEXPERIENCE Structural Designer
- 3DEXPERIENCE NC Prismatic Machine Programmer
- 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator

For example, I want to pass this one  3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer but there is then this window : 

Who is my local learning administrator ? Because I bought my own license.
