I purchased a yearly subscription of 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Students a few hours ago. Wondering if I have the option to cancel and get refunded for this purchase? I cannot find any menus to cancel this.

I want to buy back to Solidsorks Student Edition because the cloud system is not working properly on my computer.
