My account was recently verified for use as a part of a student team, however, when I log in to the 3d experience platform, I can't use the compass or add any roles. How do I get access to the compass and the roles?

I received this email and clicked the link.
It takes me to this page and when I click the compass it is all one solid color and just gives the different purchase options (which I shouldn't have to purchase because this is for a student competition team).
