I've downloaded and installed the Collaborative Designer For CATIA V5 - Extension. The one mentioned in the below image.

But, when I try to open Design with CATIA V5, or CATIA V5 Add-in it is throwing errors. 
This is for opening CATIA V5 Add-in.
 

And, this is for opening Design with CATIA V5.
 

Please help me in this.
