Hello,

We have a 3DExperience Student Licence and tried installing applications via 3DExperience platform. The message: installationdata cannot be called upon (original message in german) occurs. We tried installing applications from the platform on different work enviroments and we also tried reinstalling the Launcher of 3DExperience without success. No error occured installing the 3DExperience Launcher.

How can we solve our problem to install Native Apps?
