There a couple of question I have.
1. can you please tell me how did you find the convection coefficient of heat transfer using cfd?
Since we decided to go with a two piece rotor our thermal analysis is crucial because we want to make sure that our tolerances are accurate due to thermal expansion of the steel we have(619 Steel Alloy).
2. Me and my group are working on finishing up our design for our braking system, but we seem to have no luck finding resources of tolerances to consider for the holes that free floating pins are located. Since we plan on manufacturing our rotor in house we want to know an idea of what kind of tolerances are allowed/recommended for the hole where the free floating pin goes.
