I have an issue opening any apps. The launcher gives me all green ticks on the diagnostics tool but when I try to open an app it starts loading and then an authentication error comes up. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled several times but this hasn't worked. I assume I need to somehow connect to my university's licensing server again. Any help fixing it would be appreciated, thanks.
