Hi, I applied 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Sponsorship Program and our team members received a “3DEXPERIENCE platform – Invitation” email. However a member cannot log in 3DEXPERIENCE platform and another member cannot start applications with an error shown bellow. It proved that I cannot add them to our collaborative space. What should I do?
