I requested access to the ALWAYS ON - 3D Innovator role for me and my students that gives me access to xDesign, the online CATIA app. I was added to the ALWAYS ON platform and dashboard, but I don't see the 3D Innovator Role nor xDesign in my compass? It has been 24 hours since I was added to the ALWAYS ON platform. Could anyone please help with this? Thank you!
