I've been working on a project since October 2023, and I've realised the 19th March 2024 that all of my pieces had been deleted. I still don't know from where this came from, and I didn't report it because they were already ordered and 2D were saved on my device in PDF (and also .stp files). One other weird thing is that all products were gone, but not the Bookmarks I made. By opening the Bookmarks, all of my content inside was gone.
But recently I ran across a new problem : I can't save any product (simulation, FEM, product...). I can create them, and once I get out of the software after saving my product, it doesn't show up anywhere on our 3DSpace nor in any searchbar.
Does anybody know what I can do ?
