I am seeking help with activation.

I previously purchased and used the Solidworks last october-november 2023 for some simulation required in my endeavor. I dont remember if it was activated or not. the license should last one year. Nevertheless, the platform says i now need to reactivate my software and it prompts a dialog box that says i am unable to do it.
