I purchased a student copy in May and have not been able to activate it online. I receive an error message that the seriel number is incorrect, without explanation.
I then tried to do it manually today and the message emailed back to me is that I do not have the correct serial number for VER 2025. I didn't purchase 2025 but I purchased version 2024. What do I do at this point?
