Our hole formula student team has a problem.
After validating our Team members for 2021/2022, we received an invitation to india instead of EUW1.
After fixing it with the support, our Team was told to just use Catia again and nothing will be lost or reset in our current EUW1 Accounts.
Now (13.09)we received an email, that everyone needs to activate the account via the email but we didnt receive anything.
After being told to just use Catia like we were used to, we werent worried but now i am.
"Thank you for showing interest in our Student Challenges. Based upon your request, you were invited to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It's been over 2 weeks and you still haven't connected to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You have 7 days to connect or your account will be deactivated."
