Hi my dear Solidwork community,
I have been trying to look or contact someone from Solidworks that explains to me why my serial number does not work to update my status in mysolidworks.
Recently, I bougth solidworks student version since I want to refresh my knowdledge. I also decide to study for CSWA exam and get my certification. But, the serial number does not work when I tried to upgrade my status,
Has anyone had the same issue? How can be solve?
I really appreciate the help in this matter.
