as we in our Student Team from our university were given full access to the EduSpace content to be able to gain the knowledge and work ourselves quickly, I have a question about the EduSpace Website.

When I want to access a certain content, there's appearing the following error message when I want to play the videos as shown in the picture.

Does someone know who to contact in this case?
