I bought the CATIA Student Edition and don't received the "Getting Started" mail. If I try to get access to the 3DExperience Platform through this link (https://eu1-academia-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com/) I'm receiving this error message:

"Zugriff verweigert. Sie können nicht auf die 3DEXPERIENCE Plattform zugreifen. Sie wurden noch nicht zur Plattform eingeladen. Bitten Sie den Administrator der Plattform um eine Einladung."

Could you please help me to get access?
