I am trying to access the 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Business & Industry Innovator – Associate certification, but I am unable to start it. When I click on "Start Certification," I receive the following message: "Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin."
I have noticed the same issue with other certifications as well, so it seems this may not be limited to just one course but could be a broader access issue with my account.
I have a student account on the platform, but it seems the required role or credit for these certifications has not been assigned to my profile.
Could you please check whether my account has the required permissions, or let me know the steps I need to take to resolve this? I would appreciate it if you could enable access accordingly.
