How do I access 3DEXPERIENCE as a student? I purchased SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students because I use a Mac, but whenever I try to access 3DEXPERIENCE, I am redirected to a page that says this: 

Under the "Orders" tab on my account page, it says the order with the order number is delivered, but the invoice is still generating (as of this writing, invoice has been 'generating' for ~2 hours). Also, under the "Subscriptions" tab, it says this: 

I have received "Get Started" email, but the link it provides me with to launch the 3DEXPERIENCE platform redirects me to the original "access denied" screen. Please let me know what I am doing wrong!
