Access Denied to My 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

 

 

I am currently unable to access my 3DEXPERIENCE platform using my university email account. When I try to log in, I receive an "Access Denied" message stating that I don't have access to the platform, even though I'm logged in with the correct credentials (my 3DEXPERIENCE ID: ahmedessam16).

This issue is preventing me from continuing my academic work, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving it. If there is a specific permission or license required to activate my access, please guide me through the process or let me know what needs to be done
