Atentamente,
Estudiante de la UPC – Perú

Dear Dassault Systèmes Support Team,

I am a student at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) in Peru. I am currently working on a thesis regarding the topological optimization of 3D-printed concrete columns, and I have Abaqus 2026 Learning Edition installed on my Windows system.

When attempting to register or log in as a student using my university email address, I receive an “Access Denied” message. The screen indicates that I am logged in under the username “yanela23” but do not have access to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Could you please assist me by checking the status of my account and providing guidance on how to obtain academic access to SIMULIA products—specifically, Tosca Structure, which is compatible with Abaqus 2026?

Could you also clarify whether I need to update my existing account, request an institutional invitation, or complete any additional student verification procedures?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Sincerely,
Student at UPC – Peru
