I have attempted the Additive Manufacturing certification exam and I have received the credits after attending the 3EXPERENCE WORLD 2023. I couldn't pass the exam by 2 points then also I I think I will give my best in the re-test after 14 days (At that time also virtual tester also showed I can give the exam after 14 days ) But now it shows I don't have any credits I and tell me to buy the credits. And this is not the second time I am facing this issue. So I am requesting @SA sir to tell me what should I have to do now to overcome this situation.

And I also didn't get re-test credit for (CSWA AD) but also it also not showing re-test credits for the 3dexpeerince 5 tests 

So I am requesting @SA Sir can you please enlighten me about how should I get the credits?
