Was wondering if someone might be able to advise me. One of our students here has reported the following issue with Abaqus. I`m afraid that I really don`t understand it or what to do with it.
According to the user – “Currently, I need to access a VUMAT subroutine that is built-in in Abaqus, however, it does not allow me to do so. The subroutine is called "VUMAT for Fabric Reinforced Composites" and it is described in this document: https://ww3.cad.de/foren/ubb/uploads/Bierotta/VUMATforFabricReinforcedComposites.pdf. To access this subroutine, I needed to change the name of the material so that it starts with ABQ_PLY_FABRIC (e.g. ABQ_PLY_FABRIC_1). After doing so and after inputting all the necessary parameters, I run the job which stops, excited by an error saying "This keyword is not available for this license", twice.”
