I have protein 3EQM and have finished preparing the protein so I can now proceed to Pharmacophore Modeling, I am a beginner at using BIOVIA Discovery Studio and all that is related. I have no liscence in Discovery Studio so I am just using the free version, I found a YouTube video tutorial on how to do Pharmacophore Modeling, but the guy using has a liscense and he has a feature that automatically does the thing he needs to, I need help to get a step by step instructions on how to proceed with Pharmacophore Modeling on my protein 3EQM
