3DExperience start issue after install

Hello, after installing 3DExperience and installling all roles, the following error occurs whenever any native app is launched. It quickly shows that the Incident Manager and then everything closes. 

Other posts have been made about the same or similar issues, and I've had no luck following the suggestions in them. I've tried launching apps from the browser, unistalling all 3Dexperience programs and removing all files for 3Dexperience in Program Files, Roaming, and Local Appdata, clearing cache and then reinstalling.

The crash logs I've found have also not pointed to any clear issue. Looking for any other troubleshooting suggestions, thanks!
