Hi,
I followed the steps to download the 3DExperience Platform, and when I try to use the Launcher Set up again, it looks like the image below. I assume this shows that the Platform is downloaded, however when I go inside my apps, there is no download. I am trying to work on one of the certificates, and I need to import a CAD file. I am assuming that this can only be done using the 3DExperience Platform.
Could someone help me, to ensure that I have the 3DExperience Platform properly downloaded on my computer, so I can access accordingly.
