I’m a French student, and I bought the 3D Engineer Student license in September to develop my skills. However, I’ve been having an issue: every time I log in to 3DEXPERIENCE, I receive this email:
But my license couldn’t have expired, since I bought it in September 2025.
Also, when I log in to the platform, it says that I’m not connected - and this issue has been happening for about two months now.
Is there someone who can help me solve this problem?
