Will the 3DExperience launcher not boot if you are not running approved hardware? I don't have a quadro, but I have a RTX 2070 super which should be able to handle 3DExperience. I can handle Solidworks and am trying to get my student license of 3DExperience running so I can learn the program. I can see the 3DExperience launcher GUI and SysTray in my startup section in task manager, however I do not see the icon in the bottom right for the 3DExperience Launcher. 

Next I try to run the part design from the online portion and I get the following two errors and it does not boot anything afterwards. Please help I just want this to run.
