I have the same problem that other users have posted: 1. I am signed in as Administrator (Windows 10 Home Edition 19041.508)

2. I started the installer from an Administrator command window

3. The hosts file exists at the location shown in the error

4. I rebooted the computer to make sure another program wasn't locking the file

5. I deleted the C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes 

6. The hosts file is blank (only default commented lines)
