I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students 2 days ago. I have received the order confirmation email in which it said that I will receive a Get Started email. In meantime I can login to account to check my order. On the login page is orders section, the order is saying as Processing Deployment and request sent 2 days ago but still nothing. I have attached the orders page screenshot.
I haven't received the Get Started mail till now. How can this be fixed?
