I'm logged in as you can see by me typing this, but the top left widget only shows this default list! (First Pic)

I have already bought/verified/received the account, and even made/saved/exported designs on it, but today when I logged in I just can't find solidworks! Sorry if this question is silly in some way, but thank you for any help! (Although the 3DExperience's "Contact Us" button and FAQ pages only bring up a white screen or the second pic, which has been loading for more than 10 minutes now...)
