3DExperience Crashing

Dear All,

I am posting to this forum to get some help with the 3DExperience Software. In our team, we built a workstation so that our members without laptops with proper specifications can also work. When using Catia V6, so Part design, Generative Shape design, Assembly etc. every few minutes, the app becomes non-responsive and we have to force quit the application.

We have configured the desktop with the AMD Rayden Pro GPU so have pretty powerful hardware. Therefore we were confused as to why we are experiencing these problems on our desktop when it works fine on other laptops such as the Dell XPS. 

We have tries uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but after the latest hot fix, this problem arose and now we cannot work on the workstation.

We would be really greatful if we could get help regarding this matter!
