Hello, I have recently run into issues with my GPU and since then, my 3DExperience is not working properly. My workflow is to open collaborative lifecycle and then to search for an assembly or part that I want to work on using catia. Collaborative lifecycle opens, but when I try to open an assembly or part, 3DExperience crashes without displaying any message. I have tried reinstalling the entire 3DExperience suite and this did not help. I have chatted with support personel but they reffered me to open a service ticket, to which I found I am not entitled to open service tickets. Any advice would be apprectiated, thanks.
