I apologize in advance if this is not the most appropriate place to make this kind of questions (truth be told, I just subscribed to 3Dexperience for students and I am struggling a bit to understand how this whole system works). I am here to ask you if you are familiar with this problem or if you can direct me to someone I could ask for help to solve it. Basically when I am using 3DExperience (part design, wireframe etc.) on my pc (I installed the launcher and then all the applications), if I stop using it for a certain amount of time, the window will close itself (I am not sure it's a crash maybe it just closes after a certain amount of time). The real problem though is that, after this happens, If I try to open it again the program won't start. It will open but it will stuck on a white screen forever. The only way I have to use 3Dexperience again is to restart my pc. This is very frustrating please help.
