Hi, I recently purchased the 3DX Catia version for students, and when I installed the desktop version, I accidentally used another account and clicked on "Remember me". Since that wasn't the account I used to purchase the content, I'm not able to access the app, and this has caused a loop in which, anytime I try to open any app, I get the same "Access not granted" message for that account, and I don't have any options to change my email from there. I have tried uninstalling the app from the platform and deleting any cache folders, but nothing has worked so far.
