3D Experience: "Sorry, Access Denied"

I recently bought a Solidworks student license, 

The software itself runs fine, but I cannot sign in to the "3D Experience platform" at all. After searching the online FAQ and forums, it seems the issue may stem from having never received a "Get Started" email? But I'm not sure.
All the support forms keep redirecting me to the 3D Experience platform (which I can't access).
 

When I try to "Create Account" it says "email already exists" and when I login with that same email, it says "Sorry, Access Denied".

 

I need help. Is there any way you can help me?
