The questions I have are related to very specific areas in 3D EXPERIENCE:
1. Role or Licence required in my profile in order to launch "Visual scripting" toolbar (how to check this pre-requisite)
2. "Delmia" > "Work Instructions workbench".
 

I am new to the Delmia & Work Instructions workbench.

Question 1a: About the Role and Licenses: I tried to launch the "Visual scripting" toolbar but I do not see it anywhere.
1b: How to check the role is assigned to my profile or not? Which Role is required for the profile to launch the "Visual scripting" toolbar.
End goal: I want to build an executable VBA macro script & also want to input through an Excel-based VBA Macro.

Question 2: In the Delmia & "Work Instructions Authoring View", How can I add new annotation, such as a "pre-filled editable Text box" or a new "Red color Arrow" 2D to the main library so that I can use it multiple times.

If you want to make a video to answer my questions, you are most welcome.

Am I missing anything to understand the problem (I have worked on Catia V5 from past 10 years)
