3D Experience Account does not recognize Student Edition User

Hello, I am a new solidworks user and purchased a year long student plan of Solidworks registered to my email (with receipt).

I had my 3D experience account, also created using the same email as the purchase.

However, going into my profile information on mysolidworks.com, I am considered as a guest and not a student. Is there something I am supposed to do? I have no problem launching solidworks and running it (student edition 2024).
