Hi. I am re-activating my license for the SW2023 Student Edition. I am using the same license that my school provided for the 2022 SW SE. Unfortunately, I am receiving an error stating "Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to SOLIDWORKS 2023..."
Could I be downloading the wrong software or is this license number strictly for the 2022 edition?
