Hello, I'm unable to get an Operation from xOptimize Pro to run.

I'm using the default 'Publish to Web' Operation (library V8.0), running it in the Product Processor within the rich Rendering Scene Design App.

I have told it to run using all my CPU cores for 1 hour max, however it does not progress beyond 0% in the Progress column. It has been left for over 4 hours

I cannot see any obvious process running in Task Manager, implying that it is doing anything in particular.

There are no reports for the process in the specified Report Directory to reference.

Any idea why this is not running correctly?
