Question for the community on importing materials - I downloaded the materials definition from the xStudio dashboard and tried importing the 3dxml, both by drag-drop and by clicking on the "import" icon. After waiting for several minutes, the end result is the same: I get a not very helpful import error message. I have admin rights to the tenant I am working with and am able to grant myself the 3drender license from said tenant. I have confirmed the materials did not successfully get imported into the tenant and there are no pre-existing material definitions which are useable by xstudio.
Would anyone have any idea why this is happening, please? Thanks
